Alle Zylinder werden vollständig in Italien von der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung von Athena entwickelt, die über ein starkes internes Know-how und hochmoderne Werkzeuge für die Entwicklung und Prüfung jedes einzelnen Teils verfügt. Sie sind mit Motor-Nicksil beschichtet, einer von Athena entwickelten Nickel-Silizium-Beschichtung, die Glätte und optimale Verschleißfestigkeit gewährleistet.

Die Zylinderkits von Athena und ihre Komponenten sind weltweit für ihre Leistung, Haltbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit bekannt.

Der von Athena entwickelte Standard Bore Zylindersatz garantiert die gleiche Leistung wie die Original-Ersatzteile, extreme Zuverlässigkeit und optimale Laufruhe dank des leichten Aluminiumzylinders, des Laufs mit Nickel-Silizium-Beschichtung und eines Kolbens, der die Reibung weiter reduziert.

Das Kit umfasst den hochwertigen Aluminiumzylinder mit Standardbohrung, den kompletten Kolben mit Kolbenbolzen und Ringen sowie alle erforderlichen Dichtungen.

Alle Komponenten des Kits wurden entwickelt, um höchsten Temperaturen, Drücken und Belastungen standzuhalten, und wurden von Athena-Technikern in strengen Prüfstands- und Straßentests validiert.

Dieser Zylinderkit kann ohne Änderungen am Kurbelgehäuse des Motors installiert werden.

Although this has nothing to do with the product, it arrived a day later than previously stated. Making me have to create a makeshift room divider the day it was actually needed. When the product arrived it arrived in a box that showed no evidence of damage. Once opened, divider was found inside a plastic cover. Great protector for dust or scratching. The divider was fully assembled so there was nothing for me to do but remove it from packaging and use it where needed. After further inspection the divider was not only cheap and flimsy looking it was absolutely unstable. It would wobble and appears to have been assembled in a rush making some panels crooked. I noted significant damage to the bottom portion of some of the panels both front and back. It does not feel like an item worth the price. The color is as advertised and the product had no smell. The sizing was accurate.
