Rodin® Soft Reline features a unique silicone-based formulation that improves the fit and enhances the performance of both removable and fixed full or partial dentures. Tailored for superior bonding and tear strength, it is the ideal reline solution for 3D printed polymer bases, as well as PMMA milled and traditional acrylic materials.

How to Use! 

1. Prepare the Intaglio Surface:
   Thoroughly steam the intaglio surface.
   Resurface using the provided brown Scotch-Brite wheel.
   Note: Contrary to conventional practice, smoother surfaces result in higher bond strength.
   
   
2. Clean the Surface:
   Steam the resurfaced area again to remove all debris.
   Ensure the area is completely dry before proceeding.
   
   
3. Apply Adhesive Primer:
   Apply a double coat of adhesive primer:
   Allow the first coat to dry completely (3 minutes).
   Apply the second coat and let it set for 3 minutes.
   
   
4. Apply Soft Reline VPS:
   Apply the Soft Reline VPS to the prepared surface.
   Set intraorally for initial adaptation.
   
   
5. Bench Set and Trim Excess:
   Carefully remove the denture from the patient’s mouth.
   Allow it to bench set for 5 minutes.
   Trim excess material using a barbed parker tool.
   
   
6. Avoid Disturbance:
   Avoid unnecessary contact with the treated surface for 24 hours.
   This ensures maximum bonding of the VPS to the denture base material.
