Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human COL4Alpha1 and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added

The Human COL4Alpha1 (Collagen Type Ⅳ Alpha 1) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human COL4Alpha1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human COL4Alpha1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human COL4Alpha1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human COL4Alpha1. You can calculate the concentration of Human COL4Alpha1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

It’s 2 in the morning and I’ve just finished reading this. I haven’t had a book make me stay up late reading in bed since I was in high school. Ryan or Rj was the picture perfect boyfriend and the ending had me in tears 😭 we all need a good listener in our life who will be there when it matters most. The way he’s painted in Josie’s eyes to the sweetheart he is inside was so nice. Also, the nerdy but cute vibes he gives off. & can I just say reading about a reader who has dyslexia made me so giddy because I work with kids like that. I loved all of the lines about what reading was to them and why they got into reading. It made me feel so connected to the story line and reminded me why I read books. I loved the enemies to friends to lovers plot line. The story of them falling in love and how it happens differently for everyone. The story has its cutesy romance moments which I thought I’d hate but came to love. Plus, it has some real emotional conversations that had a knot in my throat. I enjoyed the depth that the characters brought to the story. The pacing was just perfect for me. A slow burn for the love to come in but I enjoyed their banter throughout. Plus all of their cute DMs back and forth were my favorite. One of my favorite things about the book is how it recognized the different types of readers there are and that it’s okay.
