Product Details:
This multipack of twenty-five LED downlights is a popular choice for modern interiors thanks to its adjustable gimbal that allows for easy direction adjustment of the light beam. This feature is handy for highlighting specific areas or objects in a room, allowing you to accentuate display cabinets, art collections, or unique architectural features. Our downlight also has an IP20 rating, which makes it suitable for indoor use only, and is insulation-coverable when paired with a GU10 LED lamp with a maximum power of 7w.
The downlight is fire-rated to 30, 60, and 90 minutes for solid joist ceilings and 30 minutes for web and I-joist ceilings. A fire-rated fitting like this has a built-in intumescent pad that triggers when exposed to a specific temperature, effectively blocking small voids where fire may slip through. This safety feature ensures assurance, knowing that your space is protected.
While this downlight works with any GU10 bulb, we recommend using dimmable GU10 bulbs and an LED-compatible dimmer switch to utilise its dimming function. Regarding the GU10 bulb, it comes in three LED colours: cool white, natural white, and warm white.
The downlight is fast and trouble-free to install. It's designed with a twist-and-lock mechanism for quick bulb changes and a large loop-in/out push-fit terminal block for connecting downlights in series. It is also mains-powered, eliminating the need for a separate LED driver or transformer. To start the installation, switch off the power box, wire the downlight directly to the mains circuit, and add a bulb.
