Tamas Pure Ayurveda Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) Essential Oil (India) (30ml): Therapeutic Grade, Natural, Steam Distilled and Certified Organic - For Bronchitis, Sinusitis, Asthma, Muscle Pain.

Directions:- Add few drops of essential oil (eucalyptus and rosemary are good combinations with peppermint) to the vaporizer and inhale the steam for 5 to 10 mins.

Headache: With a small amount of almond or other carrier oil and a drop of peppermint oil, rub on your temples, forehead, over the sinuses (avoid contact with eyes), and on the back of the neck to help soothe headache and pressure.

Sore Muscles:  To reduce pain, mix five drops of Peppermint Essential oil with carrier oil like coconut oil and rub on sore muscles or where you feel tension.
