Tương đậu lên men là loại gia vị đậm tính truyền trống của Hàn Quốc được ủ từ đậu nành lên men cùng một số gia vị trong thời gian dài suốt mùa đông. Doenjang là tên gọi Hàn Quốc của loại gia vị có mùi hăng, nồng và vị mặn, ngọt hòa lẫn này.

Khác với những loại tương đậu có trên thị trường, Tương đậu lên men ít mặn Singsong 500g có độ mặn được giảm xuống nhiều (giảm 17% muối) nhờ công nghệ lên men ít muối. Ngoài ra, tương đậu có bỏ thêm vào bột meju để tạo vị mặn nhạt và nhẹ hơn so với doenjang thông thường. Vì thế mà nó được đánh giá là loại tương đậu lên men truyền thống tốt cho sức khỏe, giữ độ mặn thấp nhất ở Hàn Quốc.

Có thể dùng để nấu canh tương đậu, súp miso hoặc pha với gochujang và một số gia vị để làm tương chấm thịt nướng (ssamjang) hay pha chế sốt ướp tùy thích.

Sản phẩm không chứa chất bảo quản tổng hợp và được chứng nhận thực phẩm HACCP, bạn có thể dùng tương đậu để làm món canh tương đậu đậm đà cùng với rau củ hoặc dùng để pha các loại sốt chấm tùy thích.

Thành phần: Nước tinh khiết, đậu nành 22.6% (nhập khẩu Mỹ, Canada, Úc...), bột mì (lúa mì: nhập khẩu Mỹ, Úc), muối tinh (Hàn Quốc), lúa mì, tương kiểu Hàn, cồn thực phẩm, bột đậu nành lên men, gia vị thực phẩm tổng hợp số 1, gia vị thực phẩm tổng hợp số 2, nấm men, chất tăng cường dinh dưỡng

Bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo thoáng mát và tránh ánh nắng mặt trời. Bảo quản lạnh sau khi mở nắp.

Almost Perfect - Compact, Strong Magnet, Minor Card Access Issue

This is hands down the best wallet I’ve ever had. I love how compact it is while still holding quite a bit. On the front, it holds two cards, although I find the thumb slot a little short — it doesn’t extend the second card enough, so you have to dig a bit to get it out. The inside card holder (the non-window one) is also a bit tight. The magnet that holds the bifold together is very strong. The first section of the wallet (the bifold) holds three cards — two outside with the thumb groove and one inside. I have metal cards in all three slots, so it adds a little extra weight, but the magnet still holds firmly and stays aligned. The main section has a window for IDs. I keep two IDs and my insurance card there, and even with it being packed, the magnet still holds strong. One small downside: the window isn’t deep enough to fully show my ID, cutting off the date of birth at the bottom. I have to push my license up a bit, which looks a little goofy, but since I rarely need my ID, it’s not a big issue. When I do need it, I can at least show it without taking it out. The main compartment easily holds 6–8 cards. I’m currently maxed out at 7 cards, including 2 metal ones, and they all have flat surfaces. The push-up button slides smoothly even with the extra weight, and all the cards pop up as they should. The money clip is very secure too. I haven’t fully tested its limits, but it held a single bill in place without any issues, and right now I have 10 folded bills in there with no problem. Overall: I love this wallet. It’s compact, easy to access, and for the most part, the cards are very easy to grab.

Easy on older hands and not too tight!
