40" Buddha's Heart Gong
This shiny bronze Thai Gong provides a tone and resonance that is profoundly healing. Heated and hammered and polished in rural Thailand, away from the clamor of civilization, the purity of intention comes through its sound.
We named it the Buddha’s Heart Gong because of the grand compassion in Siddharta; that he would have an incarnation in which he became enlightened and then teach others this path of spiritual growth, and then once departed from his body, still work with others to achieve liberation.
Catholics speak of the sacred heart of Jesus, but let us not forget the spiritual heart of his good friend Gautama Buddha as well. This gong reminds us of this grand compassion, both in look and sound.

Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine

I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
I’ve been taking it for about a month and noticed I feel more relaxed in the evenings and wind down easier before bed. I also tend to get tension and poor sleep when I’m run down, so having magnesium in my routine has been helpful for overall balance.
