These headphones are not backwards compatible and will not work for older versions of the Tahoe. Now they can enjoy in-car entertainment beamed directly to their headphones so that the driver is not distracted or disturbed. These are original replacements of part not an aftermarket. This package includes ONE headphone (enough for one passengers to wear) . GM has several part numbers corresponding to this headphone (one for each model year, even though they are all the same headphone). The most common part number is: 84255131 .
