De Rhododendron hybride 'Red Jack' is een schitterende plant die uitstekend in een haag geplant kan worden, maar ook solitair of in een groep. Deze heester behoort tot de groenblijvende haagplanten en is dus het hele jaar door groen en zichtdicht.

Groenblijvende heester met rode bloemen

De Rhododendron hybride ‘Red Jack ‘is een heester met rode bloemen. Die grote bloemen verschijnen in mei en juni tussen de groene bladeren. Erg mooi om te combineren met bijvoorbeeld de rhododendron Cunninghams White met witte bloemen.

Deze prachtige heester met rode bloemen kun je planten in de volle zon of schaduw. Kies daarbij een plekje uit dat niet te vochtig, maar ook niet te nat is. Zoals iedere rhododendron staat ook deze soort het liefst in een zure, humusrijke bodem. De heester groeit zo’n 10 tot maximaal 20 cm. per jaar en hoeft nauwelijks gesnoeid te worden, hooguit eens per jaar. De maximale breedte en hoogte die de plant kan bereiken bedraagt 2 meter. De Rhododendron hybride 'Red Jack' is matig winterhard en kan dus bij strenge vorst en stevige wind wel wat bescherming gebruiken.

As the younger generation, this is stuff we need to get. We have our entire lives ahead of us, and the more things we do God's way the first time around, the more He can do through us and for us as we continue down our path for life. Sexuality, marriage, romance, and God's place in all of this has been so freaking warped and twisted in our spiraling American culture. We need God's truth on this topic like *crazy.* Everyone does, but especially Christian youth. God has amazing things for us to do, but we can't do those things if we have bad relationships, wrong views of sex or warped ideas of marriage standing in the way. And while this book is definitely not the only way for us to get this truth, it is an extremely good start.
